    About the Role:

    The hiring company is on a mission to transform how young professionals in Ghana get hired, upskilled, and placed into meaningful jobs. We’re looking for a smart, detail-driven Operations & Candidate Success Lead to help us launch and run our day-to-day activities. You’ll work across candidate onboarding, assessments, bootcamp logistics, alumni management, and platform operations. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role with massive growth potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage candidate onboarding, assessment scheduling, and bootcamp enrollment
    • Coordinate bootcamp operations (with instructors, tools, and delivery platforms)
    • Track candidate progress, success rates, and placement outcomes
    • Manage alumni community (WhatsApp, Circle.so, events)
    • Build and track key ops metrics + report to the Founder weekly
    • Help troubleshoot platform or process issues (with Tech Lead support)
    • Stay sharp, solve problems, and make sure things get DONE

    Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
      • 2–4 years in operations, customer success, admin, or program coordination, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or a similar industry.
      • Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
      • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
      • Strong written and verbal English; professional communication style
      • Comfortable with Google Sheets, Zoho, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and online platforms
      • Entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership, not just tasks

    Bonus Points:

      • Experience in HR tech, edtech, or talent development
      • Knowledge of local bootcamps, universities, or youth programs

    Salary: Commensurate with Experience

    Incentives: Performance bonuses tied to candidate success + ops KPIs
