Position Overview
Commonwealth Club World Affairs (CCWA) seeks a dynamic, passionate educator to serve as School Partnerships Manager for our thriving civics education initiative, Creating Citizens. This is a great fit for someone who believes in the power of civil dialogue to inform and inspire the next generation of civic leaders at home and abroad. The School Partnerships Manager is responsible for implementing a well-coordinated strategy to provide resources for students and educators in middle school through college. They will lead our successful School Field Trip and Meet the Speaker programs; expand our college campus speaker series; maintain current programming and audience development initiatives; and cultivate an extensive network of school partners, prioritizing underserved and economically disadvantaged communities. As part of a small and collaborative team, this position will act to advance the mission and goals of Creating Citizens and will work collegially and respectfully with peers throughout CCWA, interns, volunteers, and external stakeholders.

Compensation
$65-$75,000, depending on experience. This is a full-time exempt position with benefits, including paid employee health, vision, dental, life, and AD&D, a generous holiday and time-off policy, and a team full of interesting and warm people to work with.

Commonwealth Club World Affairs of California is the oldest and largest public issues forum in the United States and is a nonpartisan, nonprofit membership organization. It is the leader in its field both nationally and internationally, with a fast-paced, lively, and stimulating environment and a range of fascinating and informative people and ideas. CCWA hosts daily in-person, online, and hybrid programs that include lectures, panel discussions, roundtables, podcasts, and special events on issues of public concern and interest, for both engagement and enrichment.
