    Are you passionate about professional development and skilled at managing complex programs? We're seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator of Continuing Education to oversee our comprehensive CE program from conception to completion.

    What You'll Do:

    Shape Our CE Portfolio - Help develop our annual calendar of live and homestudy programs while managing every aspect of program approval, registration, and certification

    Be the Bridge - Work closely with subcommittees to transform innovative program ideas into APA and NYSED-approved continuing education courses

    Master the Details - Handle accreditation renewals, create homestudy courses from live programs and NJ Psychologist articles, and ensure seamless program delivery

    Connect & Collaborate - Partner with affiliate programs, manage volunteer coordination, and work with our Communications Manager on marketing initiatives

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of up to five years
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
    • Professional demeanor when interacting with members and stakeholders

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in customer service or client relations
    • Background in event planning or program coordination
    • Association management experience
    • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
    • Experience working in professional development or education settings
    • Knowledge of psychology or healthcare continuing education requirements

    Benefits:

    • Salary range of $50,000-$55,000, based on experience
