Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our global Program team. The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Associate will support Program offices around the world to collect, organize, analyze and learn from monitoring and evaluation data. They will act as a liaison and point of contact for Program Country MEL teams, as well as with the Grants Management Team.
The position is hybrid, with partial time spent at the New York headquarters office. Candidates for this position must reside in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut. This is a full-time position, and will report to the Associate Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning (MEL). This is a non-exempt salaried position and is eligible for overtime.
This position will be expected to be in the office as often as needed, the details of which will be worked out during the interview process. In addition, a manager can always ask for a direct report to come to a THP office space or other meeting space to meet in-person for business reasons. To foster collaboration and build teams, THP employees may be required to join in-person meetings and gatherings. THP may provide reasonable accommodations to employees who require an exception to this policy.
The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $60,000 USD, not including an annualized cafeteria benefit plan allowance currently fixed at $18,000. The candidate must have eligibility to work in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship in the future.
