    The Project Coordinator at IHE provides support to our organization across potentially all departments, focusing on K-12 teaching and learning and collaborating on projects with other parts of the organization. The Project Coordinator’s primary role is to support training and support of teachers across the US and around the world with the implementation of IHE’s Solutionary Framework and with assigned onsite tasks related to the Institute’s activities/location in Maine. The Project Coordinator is expected to be familiar and fluent with technology applications and systems and will play an integral role in the success of a variety of ongoing and new projects. The Project Coordinator’s role will also consist of remote and onsite tasks associated with event planning, communication, organization, administration, implementation, and wrap-up. The individual will be part of a team of people dedicated to these efforts, with the some of the primary responsibilities outlined below.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Managing K-12 cohort materials including recruitment, registration, learning board set-up and updates, project coordination, credentialing and communication with facilitators, coaches, participants and partners within assigned projects
    • Updating specific functions and content of the organization's website under the direction of the Manager of Marketing and Communications with input from other departments
    • Maintaining consistency with branding, including graphics, for new materials related to cohorts, conferences, and outreach
    • Support core team facilitators, field facilitators, other presenters, and other IHE staff with logistics and materials related to conferences/tabling
    • Organize, order, manage, and transfer workshop and conference materials including in-person pickup and delivery
    • Record keeping, technical tasks and providing data as needed for reporting on programs and projects

    The Project Coordinator must live in the state of Maine and may be expected to travel within the New England area. Most work can be done remotely with the exception of in-person events.
