    We’re on the hunt for our next Community Partnership Manager. This individual is responsible for developing, nurturing, and managing partnerships with local community organizations, service providers, and other stakeholders. The role focuses on creating collaborative pathways that enhance service delivery, improve client outcomes, and strengthen the organization’s presence in key neighborhoods.

    The Awesome Things You’ll Do

    • Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and formalize relationships with community organizations aligned with our Goodwill mission and services.
    • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between Goodwill and partner agencies; maintain ongoing communication and collaboration to ensure mutual goals are met.
    • Program Integration: Work with internal teams (program, outreach, case management) to ensure partner services are effectively integrated and accessible to clients.
    • Event and Initiative Coordination: Plan and co-host community outreach events, partner roundtables, and joint service initiatives.
    • Capacity Building: Provide training, technical support, and best-practice sharing among partner organizations as needed.
    • Data & Reporting: Track partnership outcomes and community engagement metrics; prepare reports for leadership and funders.
    • Advocacy & Representation: Represent Goodwill at coalition meetings, local forums, and advocacy events to build visibility and influence

    Our Must Haves

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    • 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, community organizing, or program coordination in a nonprofit or social services setting.
    • Deep understanding of the community-based organization landscape.
    • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic relationships.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
    • Bilingual (especially Spanish, Mandarin, or Haitian Creole) a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Must be service oriented, assertive, and a self-starter.
    • Able to motivate and be a role model to staff and clients.
    • Good working knowledge of MS Word.
    • Display strong leadership skills and is a team player.
    • Experience working with diverse populations.
    • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
