    About Us

Cosmic Leap is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit transforming STEM education through the lens of space exploration. Founded by educators and engineers, our mission is to empower teachers to create hands-on, meaningful learning experiences that spark student curiosity and innovation.

Through our flagship program, Space Club, we offer a low-prep, high-impact curriculum used in classrooms, camps, and afterschool programs worldwide. Students complete missions like Journey to Mars and Mission to the Moon, building critical thinking and collaboration skills along the way. Our programs include Space Club, the Space Colony Competition—a global student design challenge, Cosmic Career Chats connecting students to real-world STEM professionals, and the Cosmic Portal, a free educator training and resource hub.

To date, we’ve reached over 25,000 students and 925 educators across more than 12 countries. Volunteers support Cosmic Leap as judges, mentors, guest speakers, and behind-the-scenes champions. Your time and expertise can help inspire the next generation of explorers and innovators. Join us and help launch futures through STEM.
