    Our mission is to enhance community cultural vitality by providing students with outstanding dance, theatre and music education in a creative and supportive environment.

    About Us

    Green Mountain Performing Arts is the go-to dance studio for students of all backgrounds in the region. At GMPA, we provide equal access to all students. We welcome children with special needs and give tuition assistance to all students in need of financial support.

    We also run The Farm to Ballet Project in conjunction with Ballet Vermont. The Farm to Ballet Project brings beautiful ballet shows to communities across the rural state. The ballet tells the story of a farmer, the land she stewards, and the plants and animals she cultivates. The show is performed outside on farms, and ticket sales are shared with the farm to be used on regenerative agriculture projects.
