Anti-Racism Collaborative is a multi-racial collective of anti-oppression educators and activists committed to the movement for racial justice.
ARC provides skillfully structured working spaces for engaging in participatory learning that explores the individual and collective processes of dismantling racism.
Honoring the diverse lived experiences that relate to systemic racism and oppression present in any mixed group, ARC employs an adaptive affinity group model for working skillfully amidst difference. By working together to facilitate group learning in a racially mixed class, ARC facilitators deeply respect the role of identity-based affinity groups when this may prove more productive. Our facilitators aim to maximize both personal safety and collective learning by balancing mixed and affinity group work in alternation and combination.
