  • Mission

The mission of Emerson Academy is to create an inclusive learning community where ALL children have access to innovative, developmentally appropriate, research-based teaching practices and educational opportunities that support each child's unique stages of development.

    About Us

Emerson Academy is an inclusive child development center that serves children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. 25-40% of our students have special needs, including Down Syndrome, Autism, Speech/Language disorders, physical disabilities, and medical special needs. We also provide behavioral support to children with challenging behavior needs. Our center is ADA accessible and our teachers are experienced and trained to work with both typically developing children and children with special needs. A unique aspect of our program is that the children have opportunities to garden and interact with small farm animals throughout the day. Our center welcomes therapists to work with the children during their school day, including private therapists, school district personell, and Early Childhood Interventionists.
