  • About Us

Geeking Out Kids of Color (GOKiC) is a start-up organization that provides youth of color with opportunities to engage in STEM-focused learning. Activities and curriculum include coding, robotics, and artificial intelligence. GOKiC, in consultation with Tech volunteers, uses unique software developed specifically to teach youth about artificial intelligence and robotics, and as a result is the only program with this particular learning technology. GOKiC provides on-site programming 4 times a week at different locations, with additional monthly STEM “boot camp” activities. Volunteers from STEM professions are brought in to help with the monthly boot camps; all volunteers represent the ethnic and linguistic diversity of the students served.
