With this as our guide, we are focused on helping individuals and families break free of relationships riddled with fear and violence, and discover confidence, resilience and hope.

We offer comprehensive resources, confidential support, free information and accessible help. With each family, we listen, learn and adapt to meet the unique needs of those impacted by domestic violence. Our work is never done, and neither is our willingness to grow and respond to this complex issue.

Since we opened our doors 40 years ago, we have helped more than 1,600 people each year reclaim their independence and self-esteem. Our vision is to keep paving that pathway for more to do the same.
