Partners in Hope - Texas

Our mission at Partners in Hope - Texas is to empower communities to work together to eliminate social isolation and the hopelessness it causes. Partners in Hope (PIH) is an independent, collaborative ministry focused on eliminating social isolation in Central Texas.

We connect neighbors in need with ongoing community support through unique partnerships with local churches, other nonprofits, and servant-hearted volunteers. We build long-term relationships with our isolated neighbors, and we connect them with a network of people in the community who can provide the physical, emotional, and spiritual help they need.

In 2021, Partners in Hope celebrated 10 years of service to the Lake Travis area. We are excited to expand our ministry to the Cedar Park/Leander area in 2022! Building on the strong foundation of resources and connections established in Lake Travis, we will now extend our services to address social isolation in a broader area.
