Purpose Statement: To provide a space for interested graduate and professional women to familiarize themselves with each other and the organization, participate in the organization, promote higher education and professionalism. This organization shall report to the National Alumnae Orientation Officer of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Incorporated. To provide an environment that fosters the values of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. To provide community, cultural, educational, professional, charitable, and social activities, programs and events. To uphold leadership, maintain high academic and professional standards, and serve as a voice for the community.

Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority is a latina based organization but encourages women from all ethnic and national backgrounds to participate. "Latin by Tradition, Not by Definition"
