OUR STORY-SISTERS UNITED AGAINST CANCER

We are identical twin sisters who both battled breast cancer. We have had incredible love and support from family and friends to fight and now we want to help others fight. CANCER IS A FAMILY DIAGNOSIS AND OUR FAMILY HAS BEEN AN INVALUABLE PART OF OUR HEALING. We believe in the importance of fighting cancer holistically (body, mind, and spirit), but understand that holistic treatment is expensive. we are committed to assisting cancer patients and families to access the resources and funds to obtain healthy, organic food and supplements, natural hygiene products, consultations with nutritionists and holistic practitioners as well as basic fitness equipment. All of which will assist cancer patients in a holistic approach to wellness. we are also committed to staying connected with cancer patients and families as we know wellness is a LIFELONG journey.

We have several goals focused on assisting patients and families. These goals include donating gift baskets to patients that are personalized, donating fit bits and sneakers to assist with exercise, speaking to pre-med classes and nursing schools to share our story and build compassion in new medical professionals, a Wellness Wagon to bring holistic remedies and resources to the community, community greenhouses to provide and educate people about plant based and organic nutrition, and cabins for a cause--a place to provide cancer patients with respite and rejuvenation.
