Girls on the Run is an experiential learning program for young girls that combines training for a 5K run/walk event with fun workouts. We promote discussions on topics such as self-esteem, eating disorders, and peer pressure. A girl exits the program with a better understanding of her self, of her value in community, and the power of her voice.
