Old Pasadena Management District

Old Pasadena Management District (OPMD) is a non-profit management company which exists to protect and serve the collective interests of the property owners, business owners, residents, visitors, the City of Pasadena, and other stakeholders of Old Pasadena, a 22-block historic district in Downtown Pasadena. OPMD is responsible for: the care and maintenance of Old Pasadena’s public spaces, destination marketing, production and promotion of special events, neighborhood place-making, parking oversight, and public policy advocacy. OPMD works closely with various stakeholder entities to identify and implement infrastructure, policies, and programming that enables Old Pasadena’s position as a regional destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
