    PRESERVE THE PAST - PREPARE FOR THE FUTURE Jacobs Chapel Colemantown Foundation, Inc. (JCCF) is a non-profit corporation formed under the laws of the State of New Jersey in 2008. Purpose: JCCF is organized for the charitable and educational purpose of the preservation, study and interpretation of Jacob's Chapel's history, the restoration of its historic buildings, cemetery and artifacts, and the dissemination of information educational tours and historical reenactments, about Jacobs Chapel's illustrious past. Along with family and community enrichment programs. See below.

    About Us

    • Project T.I.M.E. Mentorship Program Since 1990, Jacobs Chapel A.M.E. Church has been administering the Project T.I.M.E. Mentorship Program ("the Program") within the Mount Laurel Schools. Now, Jacobs Chapel Colemantown Foundation, Inc. (JCCF) is administering the Program. The Program fosters positive relationships between public elementary and middle school students and mentors during the lunch hour, once a week. The mentors support families by mentoring the students and helping to improve the students’ chances of succeeding academically and socially.
