TTT operates at the intersection of grassroots activism, community development, and sustainable urban practices, always centering the lived experiences and participation of local residents.

We focus on urban regeneration by transforming abandoned or underutilized spaces into valuable community assets. At the same time, we promote internationalization by fostering transnational solidarity and building global cooperation for social justice.

Internationalization is central to TTT’s mission, also as a way to transform the story of migration and opportunity in Sicily. Traditionally, many Sicilians have been forced to leave their homeland in search of job opportunities and a better life elsewhere. At TTT, we seek to flip this narrative by welcoming future professionals, academics, and change-makers from around the world, providing them with the opportunity to contribute their skills and knowledge to the revitalization of the region.

Through this approach, TTT actively works to reclaim the idea of Sicily as a land of opportunity.
