About the Program

Girls Flag Football is one of the fastest-growing sports in the nation- santioned in Georgia high schools nad on its way to the Olympics. Our new league will be dedicated, in part, to deveopling athletes before the reach high school level, ensuring girls have the skills, confidence, and competitive edge to succeed when scouts, scholarships, and NIL opportunities come into play.

By starting at the 12U, 14U, and potentially 17U levels, we will give the girls the foundation they need to transition smoothly into high school programs and beyond, setting them on a pathwaytoward both athletic and acedemic success.

• Lead and inspire teams in the 12U, 14U, or 17U divisions.

• Teach foundational skills, game strategy, rules, and teamwork.

• Establish a fun, inclusive, and growth-focused environment.

• Mentor girls as they build their foundation for high school competition, where scouts may be watching-and where scholarship and NIL opportunities begin to emerge.

• Collaborate with league staff, fellow coaches, and families.

• Passionate about working with youth and committed to building confidence and skill.

• Football, flag football, or coaching experience is helpful-but every great coach starts somewhere.

• Commitment to learning and growing alongside the athletes.

• Clear communicator and dedicated leader.

• Open to both male and female volunteers are welcome.

• Coaching resources, and ongoing support.

• Late October 2025 (Tentative): Tryouts-join us to evaluate talent and help form your team.

• Spring 2026: Season starts-practice, play, and lead your team into competition!
