As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, your job is simple: make amazing people want to join us. You’ll create campaigns, stories, and strategies that show the world what GoWithFund is all about.
This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, content, and strategy — and wants to grow into a leadership or revenue-sharing position.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Create recruitment campaigns that attract tech, design, and marketing talent
- Write engaging posts, social media content, and landing page copy
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs
- Promote the GoWithFund Catalyst Pathway in exciting, clear ways
- Track what’s working — adjust, improve, and grow
- Help us build our employer brand from the ground up
💡 Who You Are
- A strong writer with a flair for storytelling and marketing
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Twitter, and other digital channels
- Creative, organized, and outcome-focused
- Passionate about people, purpose, and projects that matter
- Comfortable with performance-based rewards and flexible work
- Bonus: You’ve done recruitment or HR marketing before
