Overview:
Join us on Women’s Equality Day for Power Up Conference 2025 in Washington, D.C. — the ultimate networking and career-building event for women leaders across policy, tech, health, and civic innovation. We’re seeking energetic, reliable volunteers to help make this inspiring day run smoothly for 300+ in-person attendees.
Date & Time:
Monday, August 25, 5:30pm - 7:30pm
Tuesday, August 26, 7:30am - 11:30am, 11:30am - 3:30pm, 3:30pm - 6:00pm
Location:
August 25: National Museum of Women in the Arts
August 26: National Housing Center, 1201 15th St NW, Washington, D.C.
Volunteer Roles:
- Assisting with registration and check-in
- Guiding attendees to sessions and exhibit areas
- Assisting at exhibitor tables
- General event support throughout the day
What You’ll Gain:

Qualifications:
Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with event attendees. Event experience is a plus but not required.
