    We’re seeking an organized, proactive Program Operations Lead to manage the heart of our mentoring program: onboarding mentors, supporting new mentee enrollments, and overseeing day-to-day operational tasks. This role ensures AFGM functions efficiently and sustainably while maintaining our commitment to excellence.
