    Description

    BSLS empowers youth, communities and women nationally through programming, mentoring, and service. The organization’s digital presence supports thousands of members and prospective partners each year.

    Main tasks:

    As a Board-Level Webmaster, you will:

    • Oversee the functionality, structure, and security of the BSLS Webflow website

    • Keep all web content current and updated across all pages

    • Support integration of event pages, donation portals, and digital campaigns

    • Recommend improvements to enhance accessibility, SEO, and user experience

    • Collaborate with the marketing, programming, and development teams alongside technology department team members

    Time zone:

    Remote - supporting volunteers and users in all U.S. time zones

    Duration and frequency:

    12-month board term, minimum 7 hours/month, with annual contribution required

    We will provide:

    • Site access and onboarding to our website and brand guidelines

    • Team support for content planning and implementation

    • Regular feedback cycles and room to propose upgrades
