    Black Tie White Cane Gala

    On behalf of the National Federation of the Blind of Alabama (NFBAL), it is my pleasure to invite you to join us for our inaugural Black Tie - White Cane Gala, to be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at The Harbert Center, 2019 4th Avenue North, Birmingham, Alabama.

    This elegant evening will feature a gourmet dinner, live entertainment, and a high-end silent auction-all in support of our mission to empower blind and low-vision individuals to live independent, self-directed lives. Funds raised will benefit our signature programs, including:

    BELL Academy - Teaching Braille literacy to blind children

    STEM2U - Bringing adaptive science and technology education to blind youth

    Scholarships - Supporting blind students pursuing higher education and career training
