    Description

    Do you enjoy hosting events? Do you enjoy exposing the community to information through unique and immersive programming? Do you love literature?

    If so please contact the Robert Louis Stevenson Museum to become our new Programs and Education volunteer. This volunteer works directly with the Executive Director to plan and help promote museum events and programs.

    An ideal candidate will have some experience in planning events for nonprofits which are educational and entertaining. Events are organized for different age groups and seasons.

    Volunteer duties would include

    1. Meeting with the director to plan the event

    2. Scheduling out the event

    3. Reserving or purchasing any necessary supplies

    4. Assisting with promotion

    5. Assisting on day of

    Schedules are flexible.
