    Description

    Books, Bubbles & Balls - Sept 30

    The Resident Services team at Affordable Homes & Communities (AHC) organizes a variety of fun events to bring neighbors together. We are looking for volunteers to help with events at the Westerly Apartments, a new, mixed-income apartment building with 136 affordable housing units at 350 Maple Dr SW, Washington, DC 20024.

    At Books, Bubbles & Balls, children age 0-12 will engage in hour of fun with bubbles and games. Each child will get a free book and snacks to take home. Volunteers will work with assigned age group and will be responsible implementing the activities for the age group. Volunteers will make sure each child gets free books and snacks.

    • Tuesday, Sept 30, 5-7pm, Books, Bubbles & Balls

    Volunteers must be age 16+ and comfortable with children. NO Cell Phone use while volunteering.
