Commitment Details:
It's up to you! A weekly shift of 3 - 4 hours is typical for most of our volunteers. We are also happy to add you to our list to contact when we need help with one-time projects.

Office support volunteers must complete new volunteer orientation and pass a criminal background check. Patient privacy is very important and all HIPAA policies and procedures apply to volunteers as well as staff.
Description
Four Seasons serves over 400 hospice patients each day across western North Carolina. Help our office staff ensure that patients and families receive the excellent experience that they deserve -- become an administrative volunteer!
Computer skills are helpful but not required. Manual tasks include filing, hand-addressing cards, mailing, and other odd tasks as they come up. Volunteers with data entry and word processing skills are always needed. We will train you to work in any of the software applications that you're asked to use on the job.
