The 2025-2026 FIRST robotics season is almost here, and our teams are gearing up for an exciting year of innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving. We’d love for you to be part of it!

Volunteers are the heart of our mission - from mentoring students to helping run events, your time and energy directly empower young minds to dream big, code boldly, and build amazing things.

Events 11/8(Cannon JHS), 11/15(WCTA), 11/22(Desert Oasis HS) and 12/13(Meadows School)

1. Create an account in the FIRST Dashboard at firstinspires.org - sign up is located in the top right corner of the page

2. Click the Volunteer Registration tab & choose 'Volunteer at an Event’.

3. Filter events by location / program and select an event.

4. Choose up to five roles and apply.

5. Complete your required youth protection background screening (US). When checking out, please select "not at this time" for FIRST support of your screening fees.

You will receive an email from your volunteer coordinator, Leilani Pavlik (L.Pavlik@firstnevada.org) if you are assigned to a volunteer role. Please see the Volunteer Event Checklist for detailed information.

• Judges and Referees: Saturday November 08, 2025 - 07:00 to 17:00 PST
• Queuers, Team Registration, Practice Table, Floaters: Saturday November 08, 2025 - 07:00 to 12:00 PST
• Queuers, Practice Table, Floaters: Saturday November 08, 2025 - 12:00 to 17:00 PST
