    Work Location: 960D Cherry Hills Drive, Sun City Center, Fl. Note: There is a provision to work from home after completion of training with technology issued to our volunteers.

    Description

    The main duty is to help senior citizens in the community recover from scams, fraud, and incomplete home repairs. This includes using a computer to research the case and talking on the phone with both victims and wrongdoers to find a resolution.

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

    · Must have a sincere interest in helping people

    · Must be able to pass background and license checks.

    · Basic Computer Skills: Email, Microsoft Word(r), Google and other internet searches, Zoom, PowerPoint(r), Microsoft Windows(r), Adobe Reader(r)...

    · Basic telephone and conversation skills

    · Willingness and ability to work with a diverse population

    · Experience, comfort, and competency with laptop computers and projectors

    1 shift available:

    • Optional time slots/ COMMITMENT EXPECTED: One four-hour shift per week.: 09:00 to 13:00 EST
