    We are seeking a Volunteer Manager to assist in overseeing and managing our team of 215 volunteers. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in volunteer coordination and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and assign tasks to a team of 215 volunteers.
    • Communicate regularly with volunteers via email and phone calls.
    • Maintain accurate records of volunteer assignments and participation.
    • Ensure volunteers are engaged, informed, and supported.
    • Handle volunteer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
    • Coordinate volunteer schedules and manage their time effectively.
    • Maintain high levels of volunteer satisfaction and engagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
    • Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in email communication and virtual platforms.
    • Must be willing to commit to the role for at least one year.
    • Background check required.
