    Talent Experience Coordinator

    TALENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

    The Talent Experience Coordinator will assist with various talent experience functions, including learning and development, onboarding, performance management, and talent engagement. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for supporting employees throughout their lifecycle within the company. This is a non-compensated position.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    • Maintain talent experience process documents and ensure talent databases are up-to-date and accurate.
    • Enroll talent in orientation and additional learning and development programs.
    • Coordinate talent engagement programs, meetings and events.
    • Prepare and maintain reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, staff attendance, etc.
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
    • Create/Develop HR Talent Pipelines, Leadership development initiatives
    • Work closely with Talent Experience HR Manager on Presentations/ Meeting agendas that closely align with organizational initiatives.

    Required Skills and Competencies

    • Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Great Communication Skills & Great work Ethic
