Role Overview
The (update) r Volunteer will oversee the day-to-day management of programs and initiatives within the Foundation, ensuring smooth operations and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination:
o Assist in the planning, scheduling, and delivery of programs and services.
o Coordinate logistics, including virtual meetings, event setups, and material distribution.
Volunteer Support:
o Support the recruitment, onboarding, and management of program volunteers.
o Ensure volunteers have clear instructions, resources, and support to fulfill their roles.
Administrative Tasks:
o Maintain program calendars, schedules, and documentation.
o Prepare reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Community Engagement:
o Help communicate with program participants, addressing questions and concerns.
o Promote programs through social media, newsletters, and other outreach channels.
Minimum Qualifications
Passion for maternal health, postpartum care, or family support services.
Experience in program coordination, project management, or a related field.
