Our Futures Past, a vibrant 501(c)(3) organization committed to bringing joy and connection to senior citizens through a diverse calendar of events, is looking for a skilled and dedicated Volunteer Marketing and Fundraising Specialist.

In this pivotal role, you will help shape our public presence and secure vital funding. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to coordinate enriching activities, workshops, and social gatherings for seniors in our community.

Responsibilities may include:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to raise awareness of Our Futures Past and our mission.
• Crafting compelling fundraising campaigns and appeals (online, direct mail, events).
• Assisting with grant research and writing.
• Managing social media content and engagement.
• Creating promotional materials (flyers, brochures, newsletters).
• Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential donors and sponsors.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience in marketing, communications, and/or fundraising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• A passion for serving senior citizens and a commitment to our mission.
• Proficiency with relevant software/platforms (e.g., social media management tools, CRM software, graphic design basics - a plus!).
