Online Engagement and Content Volunteer

This position could turn into paid work and approved materials can be used for your portfolio. The ideal candidate will be great at editing videos and podcasts, contribute innovative ideas, and assist in enhancing our online presence. We are seeking an individual who is body-positive and compassionate, with a deep understanding of obesity-related issues. The ideal candidate will be aware of their impact on others and prepared to handle sensitive content, including videos and images, with the utmost care and professionalism. This role involves supporting our mission to advocate for access to affordable medications and tools, empowering individuals to live the lives they deserve. Trustworthiness and discretion are essential for this position, as you will be working directly with both the Director of Development and Outreach and the President.

Responsibilities

• • Edit videos for promotional purposes, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with our branding guidelines.
  • Engage with social media platforms to promote content and interact with our audience effectively.
  • Support the creation of visual content through photography and videography for various platforms.
  • Collaborate on SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
  • Design graphics for social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials using Adobe software.
