The Clearinghouse Call Center is the heart of our faith-based nonprofit that provides hope, help and a hand up to freedom to people facing hardship and financial need.
The Call Center Mentor journeys with their assigned clients from a time of hardship and need through to financial sustainability aimed at lasting change, a transformational difference.
Our program is set up so that each week, you connect with your client and follow the action plan that can include resources, program opportunities and follow-up on action items that the client completed during the week. These assigned tasks work toward a individual's long-term goal. The Mentor offers prayer, and prioritizes the plan for the next week's activity.
Love INC provides Client Mentor training to new volunteers so you are equipped to serve clients. We Basic computer skills needed.
