    Description

    Join our Board of Directors! We seek passionate individuals to join our board and help advance our mission to improve the quality of life for frail, elderly and disabled people living in the community through case management and support services, regardless of their ability to pay.

    ACM Care provides high quality professional care management for older adults and adults with disabilities in Missouri and Illinois. We help with a variety of care management services, providing person-centered support for adults living in their home or in a long-term care setting.

    As a board member, you can contribute your expertise to help shape innovative programs and solutions. The Board conducts quarterly meetings (a virtual option is available) and, at most, 3-5 hours of committee work per quarter.
