    Commitment Details:
    Minimum 8–12 weeks, 8–10 hrs/week (shared among 3–4 volunteers), fully remote (Europe preferred), with a weekly 30–45 min sync meeting. Flexible schedule, immediate start.

    Role Overview

    Help us grow donations and partnerships by supporting copywriting, donor outreach, and simple CRM tracking. Your work will directly empower children’s futures!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Craft and update compelling campaign copy, donor emails, and thank-you notes.
    • Prospect and connect with universities, companies, and groups; log outreach in a shared sheet.
    • Set up UTM links and track conversions; deliver a brief weekly progress report.
    • Collaborate closely with the LinkedIn Coordinator to align posts and appeals.
    • Assist in designing simple assets using Canva (optional).

    You Are a Good Fit If You

    • Communicate clearly in English with persuasive writing skills.
    • Are organized, data-driven, and enjoy working collaboratively.
    • Have fundraising or sales/outreach experience (a plus but not required).
