Senior Nutrition Kitchen Aide-Menifee

PLEASE HELP! Do you want to help serve the community but not sure where to start. This is a great opportunity to give back. We provide a hot meal for Seniors and are in desperate need of Volunteers. This is a fun way to give back to the community, help serve a grandma, grandpa, mom or dad. These are our elders and we are looking for people willing to help us provide a hot meal.

FSA provides protective barriers such as gloves, apron and proper hair covering. Adhere to all food safety guidelines. Assist with wrapping, date-labeling, storing and rotating food items. Perform cleaning of counters and equipment in the kitchen area. Assist with receiving, storage, and inventory of food and supplies.

Must have, or obtain within 2 weeks (through FSA), a current food handler's card. Must have good communications skills and the ability to follow directions. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights up to 15-20lbs. Maintain good personal hygiene.

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We have flexible schedules and shifts available.
