    Description

    Office Admin/Data Entry

Help Eye Thrive prepare for upcoming Mobile Vision Clinic visits in our community by assisting us with Data Entry. Volunteers process all the paper consent forms we receive ahead of each Mobile Vision Clinic visit, helping us provide MORE kids with the vision services they need every day. Processing consents includes extracting & renaming files and entering the health history and demographic information into our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. This opportunity is great for analytic and detail-oriented volunteers who want to help kids get the vision care they need. Office volunteers also perform various administrative tasks as needed e.g. stuffing envelopes, cutting out flyers, and shredding documents. Shifts are from 9-11am or 1-3pm on weekdays and take place at our office in the Delmar DevINe.
