    Description

    Help at Weaver Creek Fall Festival!

    Jovial Concepts is hosting a fall festival at Weaver Creek Park on Oct. 11 from 12pm-4pm and we could use some extra help from volunteers.

    We need volunteers to help us with things like

    • Taking tickets for our pumpkin patch.
    • Helping us set up for the big day ahead of the event which begins at 12.
    • Assist community members boarding the hay ride.
    • Help coordinate with vendor booths.

    4 shifts available:

    • Set Up before the festival starts: Saturday October 11, 2025 - 10:00am to 12:00 MST
    • Shift #1 helping with the festival: Saturday October 11, 2025 - 11:45am to 2:00pm MST
    • Shift #1 helping with the festival: Saturday October 11, 2025 - 1:45pm to 4:00pm MST
    • Breakdown after the event concludes: Saturday October 11, 2025 - 3:30pm to 5:00pm MST
