    Description

    The Grant and Fundraising Lead will oversee all fundraising efforts and grant applications for the organization. You'll lead our efforts to find new funding opportunities, write grant proposals, and organize fundraising campaigns. This is a key role to help us grow and make a bigger impact!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Grant Writing: Research and apply for grants from foundations, businesses, and government agencies.
    • Fundraising Campaigns: Plan and lead fundraising events, online campaigns, and donor outreach efforts.
    • Team Leadership: Work with other volunteers and team members to build and execute fundraising strategies.
    • Donor Relations: Help manage relationships with donors and keep them engaged in our work.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Passion for youth-led change and nonprofit work.
    • Strong writing skills for grant proposals and fundraising materials.
    • Experience with fundraising (or interest in learning!) and working with teams.
    • Organized, creative, and proactive.
