    What You'll Do:

    • Conduct in-depth interviews with leading academics, researchers, activists, and scientific communicators
    • Research and analyze evidence-based literature on LGBTQ+ topics
    • Document expert testimonies that counter harmful stereotypes and misinformation
    • Contribute to a scientific database that supports evidence-based advocacy
    • Collaborate with an international team of researchers and advocates

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Background in Psychology, Sociology, Gender Studies, Human Rights, or related fields
    • Excellent interviewing and research skills
    • Commitment to LGBTQ+ rights and social justice
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
    • Experience with qualitative research methods preferred
    • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
