Description
Are you looking to gain meaningful direct patient experience before applying to medical school, nursing school, or physician assistant programs? Join our volunteer program at AccentCare Hospice. Volunteers can spend as little as 2-hours per month with patients or as much as you have time!
Our patients are located throughout Northern Colorado so we can match you to patients in your area. Volunteers receive valuable training to help prepare for interactions with patients at the end of their life journey. Patients provide valuable companionship and participate in life review, board games, walks, listening to music, puzzling, coloring, etc.
