    Volunteer with BSLS Legacy 17 National Conference & Gala – Help Create an Unforgettable Experience!

    The Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program (BSLS) is hosting its Legacy 17 National Conference and Gala in Orlando, FL from September 19–21, 2025. We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help make this milestone weekend successful and impactful.

    Volunteer Responsibilities:

    • Greet attendees with warmth and professionalism
    • Assist with check-in and badge distribution
    • Support setup and take-down of event spaces
    • Usher guests to correct areas, sessions, and tables
    • Capture moments by taking photos and videos throughout the event
    • Provide general guest support and answer questions with a positive attitude
    • If you can do more than one area listed above, huge plus or just one area, is a huge plus

    Qualifications:

    • Friendly and reliable with strong communication skills
    • Comfortable working with diverse groups of people
    • Able to stand and/or move around during shifts
    • Prior event or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required
