Administrative Volunteers Needed
We are seeking reliable and motivated Administrative Volunteers to support our team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, give back to the community, and be part of a meaningful cause.
Volunteer Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must possess a valid state-issued ID
- If driving is required, must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Willing to complete 12 hours of continuing education per year
Onboarding Requirements:
- Background check
- Drug screening
- TB Gold Series test
Volunteer Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Answering phones
- Scanning and filing documents
- Assembling admission packets and necessary binders
- Organizing and stocking office supplies
- Checking expiration dates on medical supplies
- Organizing and counting COVID supplies
- Helping maintain a clean and sanitized office environment
- Assisting with setup and breakdown of special events (e.g., Veterans Day pin ceremony, street fairs, etc.)
