    Administrative Volunteers Needed

    Administrative Volunteers Needed

    We are seeking reliable and motivated Administrative Volunteers to support our team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, give back to the community, and be part of a meaningful cause.

    Volunteer Requirements:

    • Must be at least 16 years old
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Must possess a valid state-issued ID
    • If driving is required, must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
    • Willing to complete 12 hours of continuing education per year

    Onboarding Requirements:

    • Background check
    • Drug screening
    • TB Gold Series test

    Volunteer Duties Include (but are not limited to):

    • Answering phones
    • Scanning and filing documents
    • Assembling admission packets and necessary binders
    • Organizing and stocking office supplies
    • Checking expiration dates on medical supplies
    • Organizing and counting COVID supplies
    • Helping maintain a clean and sanitized office environment
    • Assisting with setup and breakdown of special events (e.g., Veterans Day pin ceremony, street fairs, etc.)
