    Description

    BSLS works to provide transformative programs for BSLS members and community. The Development team helps empower these programs through fundraising and strategic support.

    Main tasks:

    As a Development Director, you will be expected to:

    • Co-lead the creation and execution of a year-round fundraising plan with the fundraising and finance team based on budgtary essentials for programs

    • Support donor engagement, appeals, and strategic campaigns

    • Collaborate with key departments (e.g., programming, marketing, operations) to scale national initiatives

    • Contribute to development systems

    • Strengthen pipelines through cross-functional leadership

    Time zone:

    We are remote and active across all U.S. time zones

    Duration and frequency:

    Minimum of 6 hours/month, 12 month commitment, renewable annually

    We will provide:

    • Access to donor CRM, Google Suite and Microsoft Office, past campaign data, and templates

    • Strategic support from the CEO, grants team (in development), and outreach leads

    • Opportunities to lead or co-lead national impact initiatives
