Mission:
To design, implement, and manage a consistent, impactful presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, ..) using our Odoo platform. This is a strategic and executional role, ideal for someone with initiative, creativity, and commitment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the social media calendar in Odoo (weekly planning, monthly themes).
- Draft compelling captions (in English and Arabic) aligned with our tone.
- Repurpose articles, patient stories, survivor quotes, and research pieces into:
- Instagram carousels and Reels
- Facebook posts and infographics
- LinkedIn thought-leadership updates
- TikTok shorts or awareness bites
- Coordinate with our internal writer, editor, and designer volunteers.
- Monitor analytics inside Odoo and prepare monthly summary reports:
- Post reach, engagement, audience insights
- Highlight what resonates and suggest new formats
- Stay ahead of trends in social impact storytelling and nonprofit media.
- Lead brainstorm sessions (biweekly) to generate ideas that are mission-aligned and dignified.

Skills & Tools:
- Strong planning and communication skills
- Proficiency in Odoo social marketing (or willingness to learn)
- Basic design ability in Canva or Adobe Express
- Fluency in Arabic and/or English
- Previous experience in managing social media accounts is preferred
Time Commitment:
- Minimum: 4–5 hours/week
- 3-month initial commitment required (renewable)
- Weekly check-ins with team lead and biweekly planning call
