    Description

    Fluent in Minds is a youth-led organization dedicated to improving the accessibility of mental health care and awareness of mental health to those who do not speak English. Our volunteers translate mental health care information to lower language and stigma barriers to professional help.

    The Sales Associate will lead fundraising through student-made mental health products, manage a volunteer team, work with the Finance and HR Directors, and promote the organization and its mission to the community.

    Responsibilities and Tasks:

    • Sell student-made products designed by our organization
    • Complete training on products, sales, and organizational goals
    • Coordinate with and potentially manage a small volunteer team
    • Represent the organization professionally in all interactions
    • Promote our mission and engage with the community

    General requirements

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Significant time management and commitment (flexible schedule)
    • Leadership skills and or experience
