Partners for Andean Community Health (PACH) is the fiscal sponsor of our sister organization in Ecuador, FIBUSPAM. Together we strive to improve access to healthcare and community services for the people of the Andes. Our innovative approach ensures effective continuum of care with high-impact programs. Our focus is healthcare accessibility and affordability for vulnerable communities in Ecuador and we empower local partners and leverage international volunteers’ expertise, energy, and resources. We promote a culture of well-being, disease prevention, and a respect for diversity.
We currently have open volunteer board member positions that we hope to fill by June of 2025. We are especially interested in candidates with non-profit management, legal, research, accounting or fundraising experience. The purpose of PACH's board is to advise, govern, oversee policy and direction, and assist with the leadership and general promotion of PACH so as to support the organization’s mission and needs.
Major responsibilities:
Length of term: Three years, which may be renewed up to a maximum of three consecutive terms, pending approval of the board.
